All orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the following business day and will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days.

The estimated delivery timeframe is calculated from the date on which your order is processed and includes the full shipping period. It does not correspond to the date the order was originally placed.

D E W Y _ P A L M cannot be held liable for any delays, late deliveries, or unsuccessful deliveries. During promotional or holiday periods, processing and dispatch times may be extended by up to 3 additional business days.

Once an order has been submitted online, we are unable to amend any product selections, customer information, or delivery details.
